Principles of Economics Competition

Teams of students in the principle-level Macroeconomics and Microeconomics classes work all semester to prepare a presentation for this two-round competition. Through the analysis of data and the application of economic theory, the students will be suggesting solutions to important societal issues. Each team is judged by a panel of faculty from across the University.  All participants are acknowledged during the award ceremony and the first and second place winners of Macroeconomics and Microeconomics earn cash prizes.
