2013 Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration: Silk

Bryant University's annual Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration, sponsored by the U.S.-China Institute and Confucius Institute, features a keynote speech on Chinese silk culture by Ms. Nannan Yu, curator of China National Silk Museum; a silk fashion show featuring Bryant student models; and a performance by Bryant's award-winning dragon dance team.

Following the presentation in Janikes, the program moves to the Grand Hall in the Bello Center for the opening of the exhibition "Chinese Culture on Silk," and a reception including moon cakes, Chinese tea and light refreshments.
