 \, Ph.D. ’10\, for this year’s annual Constitution Day Lecture.\n\nHer
  presentation\, “Failure to Act: How the Federal System Creates Inequali
 ty for Women’s Human Security\,” will examine the ways in which consti
 tutional structures influence domestic violence policy and contribute to i
 nequality.\n\nDr. Sidorsky\, a graduate of Bryant’s Politics and Law pro
 gram\, earned her Ph.D. in political science from Brown University. She is
  currently an associate professor of political science and public policy a
 t Ramapo College.\n\nThe lecture will be held on Wednesday\, September 17\
 , at 4:15 p.m. in the Business Entrepreneurship Leadership Center (BELC) A
