The Bryant Veterans Professional Network is pleased to host Rear Admiral (Ret.) Robin Watters.  RADM Watters (Bryant MBA ’83) served as Chief of Staff, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Approximately 375,000 U.S. military and civilian personnel are assigned to the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility, which stretches from California to India, and Pole to Pole. The organizational management, human resource management, and strategic intelligence needed to operate this large of an organization requires immense skill. These skills are transferable to the corporate environment and require the highest level of business ethics.

RADM Watters is also the former Chief Operating Officer for Seeding Labs in Boston. Seeding Labs works to unleash the full potential of scientists worldwide to fight global diseases, feed a growing world population, and protect the planet. Previous to Seeding Labs, RADM Watters was VP of the tech company, Sonalysts, Inc., which specialized in anti-submarine warfare.

All Bryant students, alumni, and the community are welcomed to participate. This will be a valuable discussion on how military leadership and values directly mirror good business ethics. Follow the links to USINDOPACOMSeeding Labs, and Sonalysts to prepare for the discussion and formulate questions to ask RADM Watters.
