On Monday 10/21, the Real Estate Association and Finance Association will be welcoming David Olney, CEO of Berkshire Residential Real Estate, and Jared Neilan, VP of Corporate Finance at Berkshire Residential Real Estate. Berkshire Residential Real Estate has $28.6bn in real estate assets and is headquartered in Boston.

David joined Berkshire in 1989 and has been involved in $10bn of acquisitions and depositions since 1990, and now sits as CEO of the firm. Jared is VP of corporate finance and previously worked at Cambridge Associates and Spinnaker Capital.
