We are pleased to announce that this year’s Honors Welcome Event will be held on Thursday, September 8^th from 4:00-5:00pm in the AIC Forum.  This is a mandatory event for first year students as it is part of your co-curricular requirements; and an opportunity for the Honors staff to welcome first year students to our program, provide information, and hear from a very special guest speaker and Honors alum.

This year’s keynote speaker is John Duke Logan. As the founder of the “Impossible is Just a
Word” Program, John tours the country as a magician and keynote speaker, and recently did an international keynote for Google Cloud for over 10 countries in Europe.  John is also the author of two books on innovation and was a featured speaker at the Forbes 30 Under 30 Conference. He has performed magic on “America’s Got Talent,” and for the New England Patriots. John will discuss how his time in the Honors Program helped to launch his successful career.
