Kickboxing - Leota

A combination of aerobics & martial arts, Kickboxing is a high-powered exercise routine that increases endurance, sharpens reflexes, decreases stress and enhances power. This class develops confidence and overall muscle tone while burning a lot of calories. Participants are asked to please bring water to class. It is also recommended that participants bring their own hand/wrist wraps.
