About this Event

Do you want to maintain a healthy weight during the holiday season?  If so, this 5-week program is for you!

  • The program will meet every Wednesday:  November 13th - December 18th (not including November 27th)
  • Each weekly session will include a weigh-in and a 15-minute one-on-one consultation with a nutritionist
  • Participants must be able to commit to all 5 weeks at the same time
