- Expanded repertoire of skills and abilities to address conflicts as they arise, work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and navigate competinginterests
Content Covered:
- Overview of frameworks and approaches including: the pros and cons of different conflict styles (avoiders/seekers), the most common sources of conflict, options for addressing a disagreement, how to prepare for and engage in a difficult conversation, and tips for developing a resolution with your colleague
- The program will include several interactive components, such as small breakout groups and possibly role plays
