The Honors Speaker Series Spring 2020 Keynote, Beth Simone Noveck

Beth Simone Noveck, Author, Professor, White House Advisor, will present "Building Stronger Public Entrepreneurship" on Tuesday, March 17, in the Grand Hall.  Noveck is the go-to expert on fusing innovation with leadership at the highest level.  She directs The Governance Lab, a policy think tank whose mission is to improve people's lives by changing how we govern.  She is also a Professor of Law at NYU Law School as well as the Jerry Hultin Global Network Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering.  Under the Obama Administration, she served in the White House as the first U.S. Deputy Chief Technology Officer.  Noveck is the author of four books including Smarter Cities, Smarter State:  The Technologies of Expertise and the Future of Governing (Harvard University Press).  

This event is open to the Bryant Community and sponsored by the Bryant University Honors Program and the Office of the Provost.
