About this Event

This discussion group for Bryant students, meets weekly to talk about the experiences of being Asian at Bryant and in America. Students are invited to discuss any topics related to their experiences. Some examples include, but are not limited to, identity, academics, racism, navigating between Asian and American values and expectations, careers, sexuality, adjustment to college, stress, dating, and relationships with family and friends. The goal of the group is to provide Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander students a space to explore topics that affect day-to-day life and to support one another. This group is open to all individuals who identify within the broad spectrum of Asian backgrounds (e.g., East Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern +).  For more information, contact Mailee Kue from the Center for Diversity and Inclusion.
