Power Yoga - Halle

This class combines Power Yoga and Pilates methods to build long lean muscles and develop core abdominal strength.  This class focuses on stretching and toning muscles using isometric resistance training and enhanced breathing techniques.  This is a must for all training programs, whether you are an athlete, trying to lose weight, or suffer from back pain.
